No packing charges, of course. It has been in indoor storage for many years. I have shown in the pictures that was able to turn it on, zero, and weigh 2 ballpoint pens. It is clean and operates.

You pay only what it costs me to ship. The power cord from the outlet to supply has slight damage outer insulation but still works. Dust cover has a small tear. I do not own any connecting equipment so have no way to test other functions.
