The unit powers up, as shown in the photos above, and it responds to input from the controls.

The front glass pieces was pretty severely broken when I got it, so I removed it entirely.

To this Sartorius m2p digital microbalance micro balance lab scale max 2g looks to be in good cosmetic condition, showing some signs of wear. Approximate overall unpacked dimensions 12 l x 10 w x 6.

I placed a 100mg calibration weight not included on the pan, and the scale appeared to weigh fairly accurately please see photos above for detail, although it probably needs to be calibrated.

Since it displayed l when nothing was resting on the weighing pan, I put a few washers and a nut on the pan, and eventually zeros came on the display, and I was able to weigh things.

If you press on the weighing pan, it displays an h, which I think means high. I think it might be missing part of the weighing pan, because after it initializes, it displays an l, which I think means low.

This is the extent of my testing of this unit, and it is being sold as is.
