I don't have the original box, but it was still wrapped up like new inside of foam inserts when we got it, as shown in the photos above.
I unwrapped it all, so that I could test the balance, but it powers up fine, and seems pretty accurate.

To this Mettler Toledo xp640001l precision laboratory balance digital scale max. 1g looks to be in excellent cosmetic condition, and appears to be unused. However, this is the extent of my testing of it, and it is being sold as is.
No software, power cords, or other accessories are included unless stated above. It is shown in the photos above weighing 10g, 50g, 200g and 510g 200g calibration weights the weights are not included. It comes with manual and documentation, as shown.
