This scale came from an estate sale of a retired pharmacist, and is believed to originate in the 1920-30's. The set Includes a model M-W-33 GLA balance scale and selection of weights, making it ideal for precise measurements in various laboratory settings. This beam balance scale is perfect for use in physical, medical, and biological laboratories.

The case is in nice shape except for some scratches on the right side of lid. I did not test its accuracy but it has been certified over the years based on LA county seal affixed to scale. In addition to the scale itself, it is accompanied by a case of brass weights 13 graduated.
