The top unit powers up, and the digital displays are bright and clear, and it responds to input from the controls.

No software, power cords, or other accessories are included unless stated above.

The bottom unit has had its power cord cut very short, so I was unable to power up or test it. However, the top unit appears to be missing its heat exchange.

This is the extent of my testing of this system, and it is being sold as is. I'm not sure if any other parts are missing from this system, since some of the panels have been removed, and are resting on top of the stack.
