We let the incubator heat up for about 45 minutes and read internal temperature to be 105 degrees Fahrenheit.

When we filled the incubator with water for further testing found that there is a small 1/8 hole inside left chamber about 10 high in divider wall. This hole will need to be addressed if you chose use the water jacket.
